Mikeysline provides out of hours support for anyone experiencing emotional distress or struggling with their mental health. We offer text-based support 7 evenings a week and 1:1 support in our 3 Hives, in Inverness, Skiach and Tain. We provide a non-judgemental, confidential listening ear.
