Story

Caught In The Crossfire: Syria Refugee Crisis

Since 2011, the war in Syria has devastated the lives of hundreds of thousands of people. Families have lost everything, communities have been uprooted, & countless lives have been lost.

Right now, over 10 million Syrians urgently need aid as a result of the conflict.

Millions have been forced to flee their homes & become refugees, resulting in the world's largest refugee crisis.

As it stands approximately 5.6 million displaced individuals are currently facing homelessness in dire conditions.

The most vulnerable refugees lack access to the even the most basic necessities, which include food, water, shelter, & other resources.

They need your urgent support now.

Join us in our mission to ease the suffering of the Syrian people & offer hope to those who have lost so much.

From War Zones To Disaster Zones: Turkey & Syria Earthquake Emergency

Turkey & Northern Syria have been hit by two devastating earthquakes which have caused widespread damage in areas which are home to countless displaced refugees.

The earthquakes impacted a region of 15 million people living across 10 provinces in Turkey, which include 1.7 million refugees.

Official figures indicate that more than 47,000 people in Turkey & Syria lost their lives, including 1,500 Syrian refugees.

The catastrophe has left countless people in urgent need of aid with refugees among those most severely affected.

Food Insecurity In Exile: Syrian Refugees' Fight For Survival

Nearly 70 percent of Syrian refugees in Lebanon, Jordan, and Turkey struggle with food insecurity.

They are desperate & do not know where their next meal will come from. Many will have no option but to go days without any food.

They are at severe risk of malnutrition & weakened immune systems, making them more susceptible to diseases such as pneumonia & cholera.

A Thirsty Journey: The Impact Of Water Shortages On Syrian Refugees

Water scarcity is an increasingly serious problem faced by Syrian refugees & their families.

In addition to the health risks associated with unclean water, access to safe drinking water is also essential for their survival.

Without access to an adequate water supply, these refugees are unable to prepare food or maintain hygienic conditions in their camps, putting their health & well-being at grave risk.

The Harsh Reality of Homelessness: Syrian Refugees Left Without Shelter

Countless Syrian families are without a place to call home. The lack of shelter has a devastating effect on Syrian refugees who are in urgent need of humanitarian aid.

Without access to a safe place to live, these families are left vulnerable & exposed to the elements.

They are forced to live outside often in makeshift tents or crowded shelters which offer very little protection from cold, rain, or extreme heat.

They are unprotected & at an increased risk of disease, malnutrition, & even death.

Living On The Edge: A Life Without Basics

Every day, thousands of Syrian families are forced to leave their homes in search of safety & security.

The ongoing conflict & unrest in their home country has left them with no other choice but to flee to neighboring countries in search of shelter & protection.

Unfortunately, the resources available for these families are limited, & their access to basic services is often inadequate or non-existent.

This lack of support can be devastating, not only putting the lives of refugees in danger, but also having a long-term impact on their health, education, & well-being.

With your support, we can help provide these families with the resources they need to rebuild their lives.

The Lasting Impact Of COVID-19 On Syrian Refugees

The COVID-19 pandemic has had severe consequences for vulnerable Syrian refugee communities.

Limited access to healthcare, high unemployment rates & an increased need for aid have made their already difficult living conditions even worse.

The economic downturn caused by the pandemic has pushed millions of refugees deeper into poverty.

This crisis has increased the humanitarian needs of hundreds of thousands of Syrian refugees.

They are now in desperate need of aid.
