Addiction, associated with homelessness and poor mental health, often driven by trauma and poverty, wears down communities. Street Connect offers hope and support, partnering with local churches to transform communities one life at a time. Street outreach and drop-ins lead to 1-2-1 and group support for recovery, linking in with other support agencies. The funds raised will support Street Connects work in Easterhouse with Easterhouse Community Church.
