We want better Mental Health to improve local resident's quality of life

Story

On Sunday 29th August Laura Burke & Kamilla Charles will be taking part in a Charity event for Mind in Bexley, by completing the longest zip wire in England (717 metres and 2352 feet long!). We will start our flight at over 70 metres above the lake with top speeds reaching 60mph!

We want to raise funds for Mind in Bexley as they are a fantastic charity who support individuals and their families with mental health issues. All services are free of charge and include: Counselling and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for individuals experiencing mild-moderate Anxiety or Depression, a support service for people caring for individuals experiencing mental health issues and addiction, advocacy, welfare rights, an out of hours crisis cafe for individuals who are experiencing emotional distress, employment support and the Bexley Recovery college that provides an array of support including online workshops to support people with their recovery.

Please give whatever you can to support those in Bexley who are suffering with their mental health right now.
