We protect natural habitats in Warwickshire to benefit wildlife and people

Story

We are fundraising to restore and protect precious ancient woodland in memory of our Mum, Karen Bell.

The woodland will be the perfect tribute to our Mum. She cared deeply about the environment and was the essence of kindness and compassion towards all beings. We loved spending time in nature together and have many happy memories with her enjoying beautiful British countryside.

Close to where Karen grew up and her beloved Stratford-upon-Avon, the woodland in Snitterfield Bushes will also be a peaceful sanctuary for her family and loved ones to remember her. It is home to over 250 species of plants and a number of rare and special flowers. In Springtime the woodland is exquisitely carpeted with bluebells, primroses and early-purple orchids. These were some of our Mum's favourites and with our help they can be protected.

To dedicate one hectare of Warwickshire woodland costs £1610. The money we raise will enable the Trust to restore and connect ancient woodland for the benefit of wildlife and future generations.
