Story

Fibromyalgia is a chronic condition of widespread pain and profound fatigue. The pain can be felt head to toe. It may be worse at some times than at others and may also change and usually becoming more severe in parts of the body that are used most. Additional symptoms often include: chronic fatigue, unrefreshing or disturbed sleep, headaches/migraines, irritable bowel, cognitive disturbances, clumsiness, dizziness, and depression. Being diagnosed with fibromyalgia can leave someone feeling alone, Fibromyalgia Action UK exists to help people in their daily struggle with fibro. Their helplines and services offer support and advice across the UK to those affected by fibromyalgia. Your amazing gift will help provide hope to those left isolated by this lifelong condition.
