Story
Charity and the Shooting community have always gone hand-in-hand with great sums raised each season by estates throughout the country. A generous and supportive attitude tends to come with the sport. Since the very first shoot season back in 1988, Bettws Hall shooting guests have raised in excess of £120k for many charities including the Welsh Air Ambulance, NHS Charities Together and, for this season, The Lingen Davies Charity Fund.
It goes without saying that on the dawn of the biggest and most important shoot season for all of us, there was no deliberation in choosing the Lingen Davies Charity Fund as our charity to support, not just in the shooting season but also year-round with various events and fund raising being held, including the launch of our very special White Pheasant by Charles Roland Evans raffle.
This spectacular 32'' x 12'' canvas painting of the elusive White Pheasant has been generously donated by local artist Charles Roland Evans, who's work can be found in our Gun & Sporting Room.
Tickets to win this simply stunning piece of Art are £10 per entry and are available over the phone (+44 (0) 1686 650628) or in our Gun room. The draw will take place on Saturday 18th December 2021.
