This list really means that I have been nearly drowned, sleep and food deprived for weeks at a time, suffered tendonitis, pulled and torn muscles, fractured and broken the odd bone, incurred many flesh wounds and concussions, needed stitches, been severely dehydrated, had hyperthermia, heat exhaustion, exposure, heat stroke, frost nip, endured rashes and boils too numerous and too large to treat and generally suffered physical and mental meltdown BUT did not quit so that you would see the effort and hopefully reward the charities as a result.
Donations and your support are therefore, not something I have taken lightly and I thank you sincerely for your help and very much look forward to seeing you soon.
Yours aye,
Jamie.
