Swallow is a brilliant local charity which makes a real difference to the lives of adults with learning disabilities. Providing work skills, art groups, drama, healthy cookery and Fit for Life activities to name but a few, Swallow enables people to meet, socialise, learn new skills and challenge themselves within a safe, supportive network. However, services like this desperately need more funds to continue so please sponsor me to run the Bath Half Marathon so we can raise it's profile. www.swallowcharity.org
