3 years ago my daughter was born 4 months early whilst we were on Holiday in Amsterdam. After the dust had settled the worries began again thinking about where we could stay. We had no idea how long we would be in Amsterdam so the costs to stay somewhere could have become incredibly large.

Luckily a Ronald McDonald House was right next door to the hospital where my daughter was receiving care. We were welcomed there by the kind staff and volunteers who made sure we were comfortable. Soon enough the Ronald McDonald House became home for us. We ended up staying there for 4 months. We went through a lot over that time including 2 surgeries, one of those saved our daughter's life. Being somewhere so close to where our daughter was receiving treatment put us at ease. Within 5 minutes we could be at our daughter's side.

As the Ronald McDonald House has made such a big impact to our lives, I've always wanted to give back to them to ensure other families get somewhere to live in a difficult time. So for the month of November on my YouTube channel, I will be raising awareness of this fantastic charity and hoping to raise some funds for this great cause.
