Well.......I was going to do something BIG for my 50th and I couldn't find anything more fitting than trying to help . I have been lucky enough to visit Nepal 3 times both running and climbing on Everest. The devastation after the Earthquake has left these people with literally nothing. No homes or shelter and the monsoon season is about to hit .Their infrastructure has been destroyed , many family members lost, their future in the balance.
