This year I have decided to set myself what may be my toughest physical challenge so far by competing in the Devon Extreme Triathlon which involves a gruelling 2km swim, 90km cycle and 25km run through the hills of Dartmoor National Park. I have chosen to support the Multiple Sclerosis Trust after a good friend was diagnosed with the disease recently. This disease is well known, but little understood and your donations will be invaluable in helping the MST to continue their essential research......please give generously for this most worthwhile cause.
