Sadly Thomas John Conlon passed away on 1st January 2021. In his memory, we are raising funds for Bristol Area Kidney Patients Association who support patients and carers of the Renal Ward at Southmead Hospital. Tom had a successful kidney transplant in 1999 and with their ongoing care - they helped him to keep going many extra years. 

This charity has been so important to Tom and his wife Margaret. They have supported it over the years and now after his passing, we invite you to make a donation in his memory.
