Story

Philip Baylis died on 9th September 2022, shortly after being diagnosed with pancreatic cancer.

He was a wonderful husband, dad, grandfather, brother, friend and teacher.

We have set up this page in his memory and would welcome donations to a charity that was close to his heart from the moment he first came across it a few years ago - the Oasis Centre in Gorton, Manchester.

The Oasis Centre is a lifeline for hundreds of people each month, including families living on benefits, long-term unemployed people, asylum seekers and refugees, homeless people, ex-offenders and those struggling with alcohol and drug problems or mental illness.

We know your support of this charity would mean so much to him.

Thank you.
