I'm a passionate believer in how much good music can do for our mental health, and I specialise in getting people playing what I call "piano for wellbeing" in 15 minutes a day.
As part of my work, each week I ask one of my LinkedIn connections to name 2 songs that are connected by a theme, and say why they mean something to them.
Then I ask my LinkedIn network to vote for their favourite, and I film a video of me playing it the following week.
I then ask everyone involved if they would like to make a donation to Playlist For Life and their incredible work using musical playlists to support the people and families affected by dementia.
