The Teddy Bear Developmental Playgroup was established to promote the care and education of pre-school age children, with special needs, and to provide or assist in the provision of facilities, in the interest of social welfare, for recreation and other leisure-time occupation so that the conditions of life of those children and their parents/carers can be improved.
