As some of you are aware I lost my mum three years ago to a stroke we also lost Pat Ivory in 2014 to cancer.
As I have mentioned this year Trifits-u are going to participate in raising money for two Charities,Stroke Association and Saint Raphael's Hospice Sutton.
Our main charity events will be the Stroke Association Bike Ride and The London Virgin Triathlon to raise money for both of the charities.
Trifits-u will also be participating in other events to raise money for these charities we look forward to some of you participating with us.
