Dear All,
We are doing the 12 mile Rowans Hospice Moonlit Memories Walk on Saturday 22nd June. Our team is made up of Chris Van Wijk, Tanya Lachlan and Jenni Van Wijk, at 11pm (come rain or moonlight) we'll be setting off to walk through the streets of Portsmouth & Southsea. We would be grateful if you could help us raise funds for the Rowans Hospice who I am sure you will agree, carry out incredible work. These funds are desperately needed to safeguard provisions for the future.
The Rowans Hospice firmly believe that memories associated with the end of life have a significant affect on how people grieve and cope with their loss. It is their ultimate aim to help all those who are referred to the service, to have optimal quality of life and to enable all patients to live life fully despite the limitations of advanced disease. Care extends beyond the patients, to supporting family and close friends.
Please can we ask you to dig deep and help us raise as much as we can for this fantastic cause.
