"Walking Goochie" - Grahame Blakey, Nic Hussey, Kevin Poore and Graham Bell have walked from Edgbaston (Birmingham) to The Oval (London) - a distance of well over 111 miles (*see details below). We were joined along the way by Mark Challinor.
We continue to raise funds for The Lords Taverners and the Amyloidosis Research Fund at UCL.

We are doing this in memory of our dear friend, and cricket lover, Steve Baldwin, who sadly passed away after contracting the rare disease of Amyloidosis at the age of 44.
None of us are as young as we were, but we are all proud to have achieved this considerable challenge. We thank all of our support crew, family and friends for their invaluable help & support.
* Graham Gooch is England’s leading test run scorer, scoring 8,900 runs in his career. Each run = 22 yards (length of the pitch), that equals 195,800 yards or 111.25 miles – the approx distance between Birmingham and London.
Please help us reach our £6500 target by donating what you can through our JustGiving pages. Thank you for your kind support.
