Nuala our dear friend and esteemed colleague lost her battle with cancer on the 18 Feb this year. She was a dedicated teacher in Our Lady of Lourdes 'Park Lodge' Primary School for over 30 years and gave so much of herself to the children in her care.
The staff of Park Lodge would like to recognise the amazing support of the NI Hospice and Charis Cancer Care. These two charities offered so much support and care to Nuala and her family in her final months of life.
28 members of staff are taking part in the Belfast Marathon 2017 to raise money for these charities in Nuala's memory. We hope that the money we raise will help them to continue the excellent work they do supporting cancer patients and their families.
