Ricky and I fell pregnant with our triplet girls in October 2017. What should have been a hugely exciting time for us, was unfortunately shrouded by a lot of sadness. We had a medically advised reduction of the pregnancy to twins. There continued to be lots of complications and worries during the pregnancy.
Our beautiful girls, Adhiya and Ariya, were born on the 18th May 2018. Ariya's lungs hadn't developed properly, and she also had other complications. We had one very special hour with her, before she got her wings and became an angel. Adhiya spent 3 weeks in NICU/SCBU but is otherwise a thriving, happy, bubbly little girl with a lot of fire in her belly!
We have been hugely supported by our family and friends, but also by a number of charities. Ricky and I, would love to raise some money for these incredible charities that help families that can often feel very lost in these difficult situations.
So far, we have raised £1033 for these fantastic charities (not sure why the total has disappeared from the right!) We continue to think of different ways to honouor our girls... watch this space!
