In September as part of a group of over 300 cyclists, a team of 10 from Nijmegen Company will set of cycling from Wellington Barracks, London, to the battlefield at Waterloo in Belgium.
All of this is to raise money for the Colonel's Fund, a charity set up by HRH The Duke of Edinburgh to provide care for those soldiers and their families wounded or killed while serving in The Grenadiers. The Fund has helped those from the three tours of Afghanistan as well as those wounded while training for those Operations.
