Lobster Lettings are going back to our routes with a dip in the ocean (well Wigan swimming baths anyway!)
On 10th December at 3.30pm, We are swimming to raise money for little Emma Hoolin. She is just 4 years old and has been diagnosed with such an aggresive form of cancer, that even the best of our own hospitals and doctors are not equipped to treat it. She has no choice but to go to America to finish treatment and give herself a chance of survival.
NHS doesnt cover US treatment, so Emmas family have to pay for every pain killer, every injection, every doctor, every overnight stay, even the food. Just 1 night in intensive care costs $10,000!!! That can eat in to anyones budget super fast.
Please please help support us in our quest to swim like lobsters and raise as much as we can for Emma. Anything you can afford will be greatly appreciated and if you also fancy coming along for a laugh, please do so!! 3.30pm on 10th December 2011 at Wigan swimming pool.
