I am going to cut my hair short for the first time in a very long time and donate the hair to the Little Princess Trust so it can be used to make a wig for children with cancer or other such illnesses which cause them to lose their hair. To allow the wig to be free to those children costs the charity £350 so I want to raise at least this amount for this charity.
I am linking that page to another for Yorkshire Cancer Research as I would like to raise £1000 for them before I have my hair cut.
You can choose which charity to support and when I have a combined total of £1350 or more I will cut my lovely long hair short.
I really love my long hair and this is a major decision to have it cut so much. I just feel I want to do something to help these charities raise money and help people.
Last year a colleague died of cancer and another is affected by cancer this year. I already join in the Race for Life each year but wanted to do something more.
