We're raising money for George.
More accurately, we're raising money for the Jennifer Trust for Spinal Muscular Atrophy.
Spinal Muscular Atrophy means that George, who's just turned one, is never going to be able to walk or use his legs. He can sit up and use his arms. Fingers crossed this doesn't change as he grows.
Some people with spinal muscular atrophy aren't even this lucky.
We're raising as a 'Team' so that people who know us both (basically everyone reading this) doesn't feel they have to chose between us when donating. Equally, don't feel obliged to donate money to both of us. You don't HAVE to donate twice - unless you want to. And if you only donate to one of us (pick Tom, he's better looking), don't feel you need to give more money just because you're only donating once...
Tom and Hazel.
