Seven of us from Team Logwise are taking part in the Leeds Ninja Challenge on 28th April 2018 to raise vital funds for both St Gemma's Hospice and Sue Ryder Wheatfields Hospice.
I have chosen these two fantastic charities as a small repayment for the amazing work they have done, and continue to do for the Hammill family, who are linked to Team Logwise through Becky, who works for us.
Here's a few words from her:
"The bereavement counselling service at St Gemmas was instrumental in helping me after we lost our Dad, and it's no exaggeration to say that without them, I was heading very close to a breakdown.
The staff at Wheatfields ensured that my Dad's last days were spent with dignity, and quiet, compassionate care and for this, our whole family will be forever in their debt.
4 years on, they're looking after our Mum in the same quiet, compassionate way.
Please help me to go a little way to thanking them for the amazing work that both charities do by sponsoring us to complete the Leeds Ninja Challenge."
