Just over a year ago we lost an amazing colleague, boss and friend.
Sue Louth was the North West AHP Workforce Lead for many years. Sue was a wonderful boss, colleague and friend and is greatly missed, she was a source of great calmness in the most challenging of situations, and through her hard work and dedication she created such an important legacy for the allied health professions in the North West and nationally.
This September as members of the North West AHP Network and wider workforce colleagues we're joining together to take part in Colour Run Manchester in Sue’s memory and to raise money for Pancreatic Cancer UK.
We’ve set an ambitious target for such an important charity. Pancreatic cancer is one of the most difficult cancers to detect and treat, and funding for Pancreatic Cancer UK will help improve detection and treatment.
We've chosen Colour Run because it's a celebration - and that's what we want to do: remember and celebrate the impact she had on us all.
One or two of us will also be taking on Challlenge 24.
More team member pages will follow over the next week.
