We already sponser the Mudpack challenge each year, and this year we wanted to take an extra step and actually take part. Having visited the Hospice in person recently it was a humbling experience and it was clear to see in person the great work the hospice do.
There are 5 of our team taking part and this includes individuals who do not regularly do any exercise. We even have one of our team doing the Couch to 5K challenge in preparation for the day. Our team in Hemel Hempstead are excited to become mud warriors for the day and to raising some money for a fantastic cause.
We are pushing our boundaries and doing something incredible so please do support us by donating to our page.
