We are cycling from London to Brighton in memory of Gareth Avery.
Gareth was a loving dad and uncle to us and was sadly taken by Motor Neurone Disease last year.
We are raising funds for the MNDA in his memory. During his illness, the MNDA were able to provide equipment and lots of advice, behind the scenes they work to advise and be there to support friends and family.
With thanks to the MNDA and in memory of a loving dad, husband, grandad, uncle and friend we'll be cycling from London to Brighton.
