Charlotte died aged 18 from cancer in 2011. She bravely fought without complaint and remained composed and dignified to the very end. Her only request was to be able to die at home in her own bedroom where she felt confident and safe. These three charities enabled her to do just that. All her care was provided by them without charge - and is paid for by charitable donations.
