A total of 45 runners based over two sites at EDF Energy in Exeter and Worthing respectively are participating in two half marathon events in October. The first event the Chichester half marathon is on Sunday the 12th of October, with the second being the Great West Run on Sunday the 19th of October, taking place in Exeter.
We are running both events in aid of our company charity partner Marie Curie in the hope we can raise as much money as possible for this very worth Cause.

Marie Curie nurses provide free nursing care to cancer patients and those with other terminal illnesses in their own homes. They also provide nurses for families and carers, who provide practical and emotional support.
With nine hospices across the UK, Marie Curie Cancer Care provides the largest number of hospice beds outside the NHS. The hospices offer specialist support in a relaxed, friendly and comfortable environment and no charge is ever made to patients or their families.
