Thanks for visiting Amy's Legacy Fundraising page. The chosen charities were important to Amy. The work she did with them enriched her life and she dearly wished to continue to support the effective work that they do.
Amy began supporting Scottish Love in Action's orphanage in Tuni, India in 2003 with The Why of A Miracle, composed by Janet Anderson. This support is ongoing. Amy was always pleased to read the SLA newsletter with updates of how the young people are benefitting from this charity's funding.
Amy's involvement with Drake Music Scotland (DMS) sprang from her ambition to become a community musician. Having early training in this field with Hear My Music, this ambition was further realised once she gained her Developing Potential Traineeship with DMS.
