This month AXA PPP healthcare employees will be taking part in a UK wide relay. We will walk, run or cycle the 610 miles from Glasgow to Eastbourne to promote and raise funds for the British Heart Foundation Mending Broken Hearts Appeal.
The baton will begin its journey on Wednesday 25th April 2012 in Glasgow, and will reach its destination in Eastbourne on Wednesday 2nd May 2012.
Why are we doing it?
At the moment, there's no cure for a broken heart.
Once your heart muscle is damaged by a heart attack, it can never fully recover. But there is hope, and we want to do our bit to help give hope to hundreds of thousands of people across the UK.
We need your support.
In order to raise us much as we can for the British Heart Foundation’s appeal we need support.
Perhaps you have offices along our route and want to cheer us on our way?
Whatever support you can offer us on our journey to help mend broken hearts would be very much appreciated.
