To support the ARCA Charity Week, staff have already completed a 5K Colour Obstacle Rush tackling 20 obstacles whilst being covered in colour in the hot sun.
During the ARCA Charity Week (10th - 14th September) the staff cycled 480-miles in just 24 hours from Rayleigh uphill to Glasgow on an exercise bike in the office.
It was difficult and painful at times but the team were determined to reach Glasgow!
