RAF100
On 1 April 2018 the Royal Air Force (RAF) will be celebrating its 100th birthday, known as RAF100. To mark this occasion a number of events will be taking place nationally and locally between 1 April and 30 November 2018.
The part-time personnel of 600 (City of London) Squadron, RAF Reserves will be using the RAF100 centenary to continue its long tradition of raising money for good causes and the Sqn's endeavours during this unique year can be seen in the fundraising pages listed below.

THE LONDON CLASSICS
London Marathon Events has launched the London Classics, the country's greatest mass participation challenge which requires individuals to compete in: -
LONDON MARATHON | RIDE LONDON | SWIM SERPENTINE
To qualify for the Londons Classics Medal, all three events have to be completed.
600SQN team members participating in all three events are listed below in bold italics.

THE VIRGIN MONEY LONDON MARATHON: Sunday 22 April 2018
No 600 (City of London) Squadron is once again participating in the London Marathon. Regarded as one of the best Marathon Events in the world, our team members are proud to represent the RAF Reserves in this prestigious event.
THE ROYAL AIR FORCES ASSOCIATION (RAFA) and THE ROYAL BRITISH LEGION (RBL) are the charities being supported during this event.

PRUDENTIAL RIDE LONDON - SURREY 100: Sunday 29 July 2018
This event starts in the Queen Elizabeth Park and continues on closed roads through London and Surrey for 100 miles. It is the largest charity fundraising cycling event in the World.
