An estimated 3 million people have now left the Ukraine as a result of the current hostilities - Many people have said that they would like to do something to support the people of Ukraine, but for most of us, it is difficult to know how best to support. For that reason, we have chosen to compete in the biannual Samworth Brothers Charity Challenge, taking place in the Brecon Beacons which consists of a tough 10 hour course of a hill walk, bike ride and kayaking, using orienteering skills to hit each check point. 

Supporting Baby Lifeline - 
Pregnant or postpartum Ukrainian women and their babies are struggling to get the care they need. Donations to Baby Lifeline will help the charity provide vital aid to pregnant women, babies, families and healthcare professionals during this time of crisis. 
Baby Lifeline send out-of-hospital birth bags, so that mothers and babies can have the safest care possible in the circumstances they find themselves in: birthing bomb shelters, metros and evacuating hospitals. 

The crisis in Ukraine is changing rapidly and will affect people for some time. But knowing they can rely on your support, together, we can give hope to people in the darkest of times.
