Update:  Well what a brilliant day it was!  We had a few last minute call offs, but the remaining 7 of us made it successfully to the top of Ben Lomond.  The views were amazing - quite spectacular.  The weather was particularly kind to us.  We would all like to thank our sponsors, and for those of you still to get the money out - this site will be active for another few days.  Thanks again for your support.  Team Coutts.

The Coutts family, known for our sporting prowess and outdoorsiness (cough) will be undertaking a sponsored hillclimb to ascend Ben Lomond in aid of Help the Hospices.  We're all making the effort - even my dear old mom, at the sprightly age of 70 will be up them there hills like a mountain goat.  Yes, the rest of us are a wee bit nervous.  Can you get lapped on a hill climb?
