Here is why...

Ours is a success story. 💛

On Monday 20th November 2017, at the age of 41, Suzanne was diagnosed with Stage 4 Non-Hodgkin B-Cell Lymphoma; a type of blood cancer that affects white blood cells lymphocytes. It changed our lives.

Suzanne went through intensive radiotherapy and chemotherapy treatment over a period of 6 months, all delivered, supported and cared for by the Beatson Cancer Charity.

Team BePositive was borne out of Suzanne’s incredibly positive frame of mind throughout treatment and the hugely positive impact it had on all her family and friends, which continues to this day.

On Monday 14th of May 2018, Suzanne was officially in remission - her blood type, B positive.

Team BePositive was formed in August 2018 with the sole aim of raising funds and awareness for the Beatson Cancer Charity. It has now become an extended family of supporters, all taking part in a variety of events and activities throughout the year to help those who have to follow Suzanne write their own success story.
