It all started on the 26th of June 2019 after I was sent home from hospital with a dissecting aorta. That night Caz and I will never forget for the rest of our lives. No one thought I would be getting CPR from Caz after the hospital sent me home with the all clear. 

Over 2000 people a year die from a dissecting aortic aneurysm having been misdiagnosed, this has got to change!! These deaths are avoidable and with your help we can make a massive dent in that 2000 a year figure.
