Story

The Prince's Trust Cymru Advisory Council Team is formed of The Director, Phil Jones and a wonderful group of dedicated, high profile volunteers. Each member is passionate about seeing the potential of young people in Wales fulfilled. Our 'Palace to Palace' team comprises some of Wales's most outstanding leaders, including: our wonderful Chair, Sir Derek Jones, the Chief Constable of South Wales Police, Matt Jukes; the Chief Fire Officer for South Wales, Huw Jakeway; The Director of the North Wales Economic Ambition Board, Alwen Williams; the Head of Commercial at Natural Resources Wales, Sasha Davies; and the founder and MD of Prosteel Engineering, Richard Selby. Plus our wonderful Prince's Trust Executive, Simon Stockton. Over the 20-27 Sep, The Trust's Director, Phil Jones will be cycling 500 miles up and down the length of Wales along the famous Lon Las route between Holyhead and Cardiff. The remaining 6 team members will each complete a 'leg' of 83.3 miles on their exercise bike or on their local roads. We are all incredibly ambitious for young people in Wales and are ambitious to raise as much money as we possibly can! We'd love your support in reaching our combined 1000 miles target at least £1000! Thank you!
