Ronald McDonald House Charities provides free 'home away from home' accommodation at specialist children's hospitals across the UK, enabling families to stay close to their child and maintain a degree of normal family life.

We are a group of Mcdonalds Restaurant Managers and part of the Yashco Mcdonalds franchise group from Newport and Cardiff participating in our first half marathon. Working at Mcdonalds we all see first hand the unbelievable and fantastic work that this charity does every day and how it positively impacts parents with children who have to stay in hospital. Having their parents so close to them at all times is such a comfort to them and in lots of cases helps there recovery.

This charity can only do its important job with donations and we as a team of passionate people hope to raise as much as we can, so please donate what ever you can to our cause.
