In celebration of John Wycliffe’s 700th anniversary, Wycliffe is inviting you to Walk for the Word: a sponsored walk that raises money to support the 1 in 5 still waiting to have access to God’s word in their own language.

Story

We're walking as a staff team at Wycliffe Bible Translators because we care about the 1 in 5 people yet to receive the Bible in their own language.

We can’t imagine not being able to read God’s word in our own language. It’s so important to us and we want to help other people to be able to do the same.

It’s been 700 years that we have had the Bible in English and we think it’s about time that everyone in the world is able to read about and know Jesus through the Bible in their own language.
