Story

Our adventure is now finished. Thank you to everyone who helped us raise over £125,000 for the RNIB and Severn Hospice.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Wrekin Rowers consists of four guys who want to do something adventurous and raise some money for a couple of great charities along the way. The team consists of Stuart Shepherd, Gary Richards, Martin Skehan and Stuart Richards.

Rowing the Atlantic is going to be an awesome adventure for all of us with many hardships to endure both getting ready for the event and taking part. We expect to be rowing for between 45 and 50 days to cover the 3,000 miles of Ocean.

Why not join our adventure by following us at www.wrekin-rowers.com or liking our Facebook page @wrekinrowers and if you can spare some money it will be split 50:50 between the two charities that would be very kind of you.

About the charity

Every day 250 people in the UK start losing their sight. With your help, we can be there when people need us most, support independent living, create an inclusive society and prevent avoidable sight loss. Every pound you raise will help create a future where sight loss is no longer a barrier.
