Each year, community members gather at Newburyport's Waterfront Park to walk a scenic 3-mile route in honor of victims and survivors of domestic violence, and to raise needed funds for the Jeanne Geiger Crisis Center.

Story

Women's Health Care, the Seacoast Birth Center, and Anna Jaques Hospital are participating in Jeanne Geiger Crisis Center's Annual Walk Against Domestic Violence. This year's walk will be held in-person on Sunday, October 2nd at Newburyport's Waterfront Park!

Our mission is to empower individuals and engage communities to end domestic violence. We offer free, comprehensive services that support adult and child survivors healing from the trauma of domestic abuse; prevention programs in schools; and tools to reduce domestic violence homicides.
