A group of us will be doing the Cold Water Dip Challenge for Refuge this International Women's Day. On any given day, Refuge supports thousands of women and their children.

A group of us will be going in the sea on 8th March at 11am.

Our group of dippers includes Laura, Carol, Linnie, Pat, Jess, and other wonderful people (if your dipping with us know if you want to me named)

All are welcome to come and cheer us on, with coffee and warm clothes :)

And if you feel brave and fancy joining us in the sea, let us know!
