Just after the first lock down in March 2020, whilst Mum was battling leukaemia, the unthinkable happened, Francesca was diagnosed with MDS, a rare form of Leukaemia, only months after giving birth to beautiful Valentina.

With every hope of a successful journey, Francesca went straight into treatment. During her treatment Francesca carried on with everyday life, raising her daughter along with her husband Lee, building lots of memories.

Unfortunately, a year on things didn’t go as we had hoped, and on 2nd August 2021 Francesca lost her battle to this horrible disease and sadly passed away.

In memory of Francesca and to raise much needed funds for Leukaemia UK, we will be taking on the “Thames Path Challenge” on what would have been Francesca’s 32nd birthday.

This is a charity that we hold close to our heart and any donations to this charity would be greatly appreciated.
