Ryedale Special Families is looking for a special new home so we’re more accessible for our families, can offer improved facilities, develop new services and provide even greater support.

Story

Maureen and I are both ex forces personnel. We are both in our retirement years but love a challenge. We want to have a goal to train for and work towards. Doing this and helping others is just perfect.

About the charity

We are a parent-led charity providing a diverse range of support for 400 families from a wide rural area. We support children and young adults who have disabilities, illnesses and additional needs. Support takes the form of information and advice, social groups, respite care and family.
