Event: Macmillan Jersey Rowathon with Praxis, on 6 April 2024
Join Macmillan Jersey as we pull together to support islanders affected by cancer on April 6th. Your team of 6 will row the equivalent distance of Jersey to Sark (30,000 meters) in this fun yet challenging event.

Story

Crossfit Valiant was keen to support this event and have pulled together a mixed team to compete.

We are hoping we can use our own Concept2 rowers, which we have loaned to MacMillan for the event!!

Rowing is part of our workout profile so hopefully we won't let ourselves down in the competition.

About the charity

At Macmillan Jersey we provide emotional support, practical information, and group support for anyone in Jersey affected by cancer. We also have a wellbeing service which includes complementary therapies and diet and exercise advice. All our services are free and most of all confidential.
