In Spring 2024, Team Uprising trekked to Everest Base Camp and successfully took four people to the summit of the world's highest mountain.

We were a mix of survivors of childhood abuse, and friends and family.

We chose the NSPCC as it is the leading UK children's charity fighting to end child abuse and neglect.

They help children who have been abused to rebuild their lives, protect those at risk, and find the best ways of preventing abuse from ever happening.

We can’t change our past, but by sponsoring us, you can help us improve the future for other children.
