"After championing the shorter tough mudder course last summer, we boldly decided to step it up and aim for the Classic Tough Mudder course this year. Along the way we have convinced a couple more fools that it'll be fun and to join us.

This year the Typhoon Mercury team will be up against a 15k obstacle course in the exotic Skipton location. We will face a variety of challenges including the Arctic Enema, Mud Mile and Electroshock Therapy, so please wish us luck!

In Yemen there is the world’s largest humanitarian crisis with 80% of the population needing humanitarian aid.

In Afghanistan over 8 million people are on the brink of starvation.

In Ukraine 6 million people are internally displaced.

There is so much going on in the world at the moment with millions of people who have no safe place to call home. The news can be so overwhelming but by donating to these causes we can support these people living through unimaginable conditions. For more information about these causes you can visit the Red Cross website or any reputable news source.

You can choose which cause you donate to but ideally we’d like to keep things equitable."
